We encourage all our clients to register to access our Client Services Portal. This features allows you to quickly and conveniently Order Samples and Request Quotes. It also allows The Omni Group to process your requests more efficiently and accurately, ensuring you have the resources you need, when you need them.
The Client Services Portal will be expanding in the near future to offer additional value-added services such as Lunch-and-Learn Bookings, Calendar of Events, Product Forums and an "Opt-In" Member Network. The Member Network will allow you to connect with other Members who have experience with, and can share knowledge about a specific product or application. We also encourage users to give their feedback about features and services they would like to see.
Remote Mobile Access to Services
The Client Services Portal allows users to access features and functionality from their mobile devices providing registered clients with the ability to Order Samples and Request Quotes from anywhere any time. The online chat feature allows clients to ask questions and get answers in the right channel at the right time!
We highly encourage you to Subscribe by "checking" the Subcribe box in the registration form to receive manufacturer updates and new products. We promise we will not bombard you with trivial messaging! We anticipate sending one email per month and will only email relevant new product information or important information on existing products.
Registration is Upon Approval. You will receive a confirmation once we have reviewed and activated your account. This process will be completed the same business day, typically within an hour if not sooner.
